DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the TMC 3-day Spring Retreat!\nDays 1 and 2: A 7 Point Mind Training Meditation Retreat is based on the classic Tibetan Buddhist teaching called Lojong\, or “Mind Training\,” attributed to the 12th-century master Geshe Chekawa. The practice is designed to cultivate bodhicitta—the awakened heart—and transform challenges into opportunities for spiritual growth. \nDay 3: A retreat on this topic would involve contemplative meditation\, teachings\, and practical application.
